INGREDIENTS
• 120 ml — 4 oz Mumm Ice Xtra
• 1 tsp French pineapple juice
• 1 tsp Ginger syrup
• Thin pineapple slice
Story
Mixing pineapple and ginger results in a tropical mix with a hint of spice
Method
Fill a wine glass 3/4 with ice add ginger syrup and pineapple juice fill up with Mumm Ice Xtra stir gently and garnish with pineapple
Tip
To make a homemade ginger syrup mix 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water and infuse 24h with 50 grams of peeled & sliced ginger
