INGREDIENTS
• 100 ml — 4 oz Grand Cordon
• 25 ml — 3/4 oz Strawberry syrup
• 15 ml — 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
• Orange and pineapple wedges
Story
There are many recipes for a champagne punch. This one comes from the first cocktail book published in America in 1862
Method
In a highball glass add syrup and juice, and fill with crushed ice complete with Grand Cordon stir gently garnish with orange and pineapple
Tip
As mentioned in 1862, you can substitute strawberry syrup for raspberry syrup, if you please
