• 90 ml — 3 oz Grand Cordon
• 15 ml — 1/2 oz Honey syrup
• 15 ml — 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
• 20 ml — 3/4 oz 3 años rum
• Lime peel

The air mail is said to be of Cuban origin, it appeared on print in America in 1940
Method
In a highball glass put honey, lime juice and rum, fill with ice complete with Grand Cordon stir gently and twist lime peel over
Tip
To make your own honey syrup you can mix 2/3 acacias honey with 1/3 boiling water
