The Chef
Beyond his international travels, Chef Sato Hideaki will have the distinguished honor of serving as the first international Chef in residence at the renowned Table des Chefs restaurant in Reims for a remarkable four-month duration. Nestled within Maison Mumm Manson, Table des Chefs exemplifies G.H. Mumm’s commitment to highlighting the excellence of its savoir-faire and products while offering guests new and captivating tasting experiences.
