Champagne Old Cuban
Recipe
INGREDIENTS
• 60 ml — 2 oz Grand Cordon
• 4 to 6 Mint leaves
• 2 dashes Aromatic bitters
• 10 ml — 1/3 oz Sugar syrup
• 10 ml — 1/3 oz Fresh lime juice
• 15 ml — 1/2 oz Aged rum mint leaf

Method
In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients (except champagne) fill with ice and shake well fine strain into a champagne coupe complete with Grand Cordon garnish with a mint leaf
Tip
You don’t need to muddle the mint as the essential oils will be extracted while shaking
